The Rolling Stones' new six-part online documentary series from ABKCO Films, The Rolling Stones Chronicles, is up to its third episode. Each short film features a different '60s-era Stones hit combined with interview clips from the band and historical figures interspersed with documentary footage of related world events.
This week, 1967's "She's a Rainbow" provides the soundtrack as the clip delves into psychedelic drugs and Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Marianne Faithfull being arrested for drug possession at Keith's English countryside home. The previous two releases were "The Last Time" and "(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction."
Still to come are:
March 2nd - "Street Fighting Man"
March 9th - "Jumpin’ Jack Flash"
March 16th - "Gimme Shelter"
CHEERS to 60 more years of the Stones!
