Ronnie James Dio Organized a Heavy Metal 'We Are the World'. And it ROCKS!

When 'We Are the World' was recorded in 1985, the biggest names in music were invited. But NONE of them were 'heavy metal' artists. Ronnie James Dio organized a metal tribute band called Hear 'n Aid and they recorded the song 'Stars' for Africa relief. Members of Judas Priest, Dokken, Queensryche, Motley Crue, Quiet Riot, W.A.S.P., Blue Oyster Cult, Motorhead, Y&T and Twisted Sister were invited. Also, Ted Nugent, Neil Schon, Yngwie Malmsteen and more. Over 40 artists in all. The subsequent album raised over $1 million. BTW, this song is great!
