4 Indiana Puppy Mills Land On 'Horrible Hundred' List

Well my fellow Hoosiers, Indiana ranks pretty high on some of the best lists in country. We are a great sports town, great place to live, buy real-estate and great schools to raise a family. Unfortunately, we have landed on a list that NOBODY wants to be on!

Indiana has four dog breeders on the Humane Society of the United States' Horrible Hundred list this year - the ninth worst in the country.

The Horrible Hundred list is a quick look at the 100 especially problematic puppy mills in the nation.

The Humane Society tracks through federal and state inspection reports to complete and issue the annual report.

For our state, the four puppy mills that are on the hit list are made the list are in the cities of Greens Fork, Montgomery, Reelsville and Odon.

The USDA inspectors found dead puppy’s, cramped spaces, horrible dental conditions and dongs suffering in sweltering 103 degree heat – just to name a few.
