The Black Sabbath House: Then And Now

posted by Don Stuck -

This was my very first album. A hand me down from one of my sisters friends. From there on out, it was Heavy Metal ON!

Now and then! The album cover for Black Sabbath’s self-titled disc was shot at Mapledurham Watermill, sitting directly on the River Thames in Oxfordshire, England. Now a popular tourist attraction. It sits high on my bucket list of places to visit!

The album was released on Friday the 13th in February of 1970.
