Tenderloin Tuesdays return by popular demand, with more than 25 participating restaurants along Hamilton County’s Tenderloin Trail in Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Westfield. During Tenderloin Tuesdays in Hamilton County, each Tuesday participating restaurants offer special deals and discounts on tenderloin sandwiches. The breaded pork tenderloin sandwich comes in many shapes, sizes and styles that reflect the work of owners and chefs behind the scenes in pursuit of the perfect pork tenderloin sandwich. Hamilton County has been celebrating the classic Hoosier sandwich with Tenderloin Tuesdays since 2010.
